NOIRÈ – Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For pre-orders, dispatch dates will be listed on the product page.

Shipping Times
– Ireland: 1–2 business days
– EU: 3–5 business days
– Rest of world: 7–14 business days (if available)

Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout. All prices are in EUR. Customs charges may apply for non-EU countries.

Delays
We are not responsible for postal delays or issues once your item is with the courier. If an issue arises, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

NOIRÈ – Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To be eligible for a return:
– The item must be unused, in original packaging
– You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
– You are responsible for return shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items:
– Journals that have been written in
– Digital access (if already redeemed)

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
